Cascades Gardens offers two distinct suites. The India Suite features a Georgian house setting with art collected from Tibetan settlements, a bay window sitting area with armchairs, smart TV, and fridge. The Garden Suite is detached with a king-size bed, marble-floored bathroom, walk-in shower, multi-jet spa bath for two, and overlooks one of the garden's waterfalls. Both suites include free access to the 4-acre meditation garden.
Breakfast and Refreshments
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00-9:20 AM in the breakfast room. Options include fruit, yoghurt, cereals, full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, scrambled egg with smoked salmon, and porridge. The garden's refreshment cabin serves tea, coffee, cold drinks, and homemade cakes. Group catering available with sandwich platters, homemade cakes, and ploughman's plates.

The hotel sits within a 4-acre public meditation garden featuring an 80-foot cliff, waterfalls, Japanese water garden, karesansui raked gravel garden, giant golden Buddha, and bonsai center. Owner Alan Clements conducts mindfulness and meditation retreats focusing on spiritual awakening, meditation techniques, and connection with nature. The garden includes 20 meditation benches and seasonal displays of hellebores, hostas, and rare perennials.
